iight so im sittin here watchin the dam lakerz get pummeled by the celticz, & needlezz 2 say thiz iz another topic 4 another day...blah...but um ya so i did the avocado mask on my hair...i mashed 1 avocado...1/2 a banana...some honey...coconut milk...evoo...& some coconut oil...blended them in a blender until smooth & applied on my hair....i covered my head with a shower cap for about 45 minz 2 an hour...then i washed my hair with a clarifying shampoo, followed by a moisturizing shampoo...cant really say if i notice a difference or not...i did follow up with a conditioner concoction i made 2...ill do another post so i can show the productz i used...until then....
